Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with management to set realistic sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for sales team members.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and market trends.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Level 3 or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
